Is becoming a partner the only way to assist?
At this time, all opportunities to support our events are available exclusively through official partnerships.
What are the requirements to be a partner?
Partnership opportunities are limited and close once budget needs are met. Events are by invitation only and limited to 50 attendees. Each event allows a maximum of 2 Platinum partners. “Presenting Partner” events can only be co-sponsored by Silver and Bronze partners.
Can you go more in depth about the display materials the partners can display and the presentation?
Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners may display materials on a shared partner display table at each event. Platinum partners are also given the opportunity to present their company during the event. Additional details about material formats or presentation structure are coordinated individually.
Are there more benefits if one partners for every event?
While the core benefits remain the same per event, partnering for every event ensures consistent visibility and recognition across our full series. It also helps secure your spot early, especially given the limited availability—such as the 2 Platinum partner limit per event.
